Overview<\/b><\/h3>\r\nIntegrating NetLine with HubSpot allows leads captured through your NetLine campaigns to automatically flow into your HubSpot CRM, saving time and enabling instant follow-up. The setup is quick and requires no coding.<\/span>\r\n\r\nIn this guide, you\u2019ll:<\/span>\r\n
    \r\n \t
  1. Create a form in HubSpot to serve as the entry point for your NetLine leads.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  2. Copy the form\u2019s details (Portal ID & Form GUID) from HubSpot.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  3. Add the HubSpot form URL into NetLine as a connector.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  4. Map fields between NetLine and HubSpot so data matches correctly.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
  5. Send a test lead to confirm the integration is working.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nOnce complete, every lead generated through NetLine will appear in your HubSpot Contacts automatically, where you can nurture, assign to sales, or include them in campaigns.<\/span>\r\n

    Step 1: Get HubSpot Form Details<\/b><\/h3>\r\n
      \r\n \t
    1. Open<\/span> hubspot.com<\/span><\/a> and log in with your account credentials.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
    2. Once logged in, you\u2019ll land on your <\/span>HubSpot Dashboard<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
    3. From the left-hand sidebar menu, click on <\/span>Marketing \u2192 Forms<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>\"HubSpot\r\n<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
    4. Click on <\/span>Create Form<\/b> in the top-right corner or use the already existing one.<\/span><\/span>\"HubSpot<\/li>\r\n \t
    5. Select a form template and you\u2019ll be taken to the <\/span>Form Creation page<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>\"HubSpot<\/li>\r\n \t
    6. NetLine connects to HubSpot by sending leads into a HubSpot form. To make this work, you\u2019ll need two pieces of information from the form you just created. <\/span>\r\n

      1. Portal ID<\/b> \u2013 This is your HubSpot account ID. <\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
      2. Form GUID<\/b> \u2013 This is the unique ID of the specific form.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t
      3. On the form settings screen, locate the <\/span>Portal ID<\/b> and <\/span>Form GUID:<\/b>\r\n

          3. Copy these values and save them safely. You\u2019ll need them in the next step when setting up the connection in NetLine.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t

            \r\nStep 2: Login To NetLine Portal<\/b><\/h3>\r\n
              \r\n \t
            1. Open<\/span> portal.netline.com<\/span><\/a> and log in with your account credentials.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
            2. Once logged in, you\u2019ll land on your <\/span>NetLine Dashboard<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
            3. From the left-hand sidebar, click on Campaigns<\/b>.\"NetLine<\/li>\r\n \t
            4. From the list of campaigns, choose the one you\u2019d like to connect with HubSpot. \"NetLine\r\n<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
            5. After setting up the campaign, click on <\/span>Fulfillment<\/b> in the left-hand menu (under <\/span>Campaigns<\/span><\/i>).<\/span><\/span>\"NetLine<\/li>\r\n \t
            6. Go to the <\/span>Connector Fulfillment<\/b> section.<\/span><\/span>\"NetLine<\/li>\r\n \t
            7. Toggle <\/span>Enable Connector<\/b> to <\/span>Yes.<\/b><\/li>\r\n \t
            8. In the <\/span>Connector Type<\/b> dropdown, select <\/span>HubSpot<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>\"NetLine<\/li>\r\n \t
            9. Click <\/span>Edit\/Setup<\/b> \u2014 this will open a popup window with configuration settings.<\/span><\/span>\"NetLine<\/li>\r\n \t
            10. In the <\/span>Config Settings<\/b> section, find the <\/span>URL<\/b> field.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
            11. Here you can see the HubSpot form submission URL in the following format:<\/span>\r\n

                3. The final URL will look something like this: https:\/\/forms.hubspot.com\/uploads\/form\/v2\/243711683\/cddbdd92-78f5-406a-943b-91f6e284f033<\/li>\r\n \t
                4. Now that we\u2019ve entered the correct HubSpot form URL, the <\/span>next step<\/span> is to <\/span>map the NetLine fields<\/b> with the corresponding <\/span>HubSpot contact properties<\/b>. This ensures that whenever a lead is captured in NetLine, the data flows into the right fields in HubSpot (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email, Company, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n \r\n

                  Step 3: Map Fields<\/b><\/h3>\r\n
                    \r\n \t
                  1. For mapping the fields from HubSpot to NetLine fields, follow the steps below:<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
                  2. From the left-hand sidebar menu, click on CRM \u2192 Contacts<\/b>.\"HubSpot<\/li>\r\n \t
                  3. In the top navigation bar, click on <\/span>Actions<\/b> and then select <\/span>Edit Properties<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>\"HubSpot<\/li>\r\n \t
                  4. You will land on this page.<\/span><\/span>\"HubSpot<\/li>\r\n \t
                  5. Search for the property you want to map. For example, search for the field called <\/span>First Name<\/b>. From the results table, click on <\/span>First Name<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>\"Mapping<\/li>\r\n \t
                  6. On the property details screen, copy the <\/span>Internal Name<\/b>. In this case, it is firstname.<\/span><\/span>\"HubSpot<\/li>\r\n \t
                  7. Paste this <\/span>Internal Name<\/b> into the corresponding field in the <\/span>NetLine Portal<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>\"Mapping<\/li>\r\n \t
                  8. Repeat the same process for all required fields.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
                  9. After filling in all the necessary fields, click <\/span>Submit<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
                  10. Now the HubSpot connector has been successfully added.<\/span><\/span>\"NetLine<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

                    \r\nStep 4: Test The Connection<\/b><\/h3>\r\n
                      \r\n \t
                    1. To test the connection, click on <\/span>Send Test<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>\"NetLine<\/li>\r\n \t
                    2. A confirmation window will appear with all the fields you have mapped. Note: The default sends 5 test leads, but you can deselect the checkboxes at the top if you want to send less.<\/span><\/span>\"NetLine<\/li>\r\n \t
                    3. Click on <\/span>Submit<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
                    4. After submitting, you should see the test contact appear in your <\/span>HubSpot Dashboard<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>\"Test<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n \r\n\r\nIf the test leads don\u2019t appear within a few minutes, check your field mapping formatting to ensure the characters match exactly. Missing underscores, uppercase, and lowercase characters can throw off the connection.<\/span>\r\n\r\nAlso, if you\u2019ve added custom fields in your NetLine form, make sure they have a place to go in HubSpot by creating a Custom Property.<\/span>\r\n
