Connect INTENTIVE to HubSpot to leverage rich intent insights in your CRM for marketing, sales, and customer success use cases.\r\n\r\nINTENTIVE offers two integration workflows to support HubSpot customers on any account tier. This document walks you through how to set up the Essential Workflow meant for <strong>Free, Starter, and Professional HubSpot accounts.<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong>Integration Requirements:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>HubSpot Accounts: Free, Starter, Professional<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Data model: <a href=\"https:\/\/knowledge.hubspot.com\/properties\/hubspot-crm-default-company-properties\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Standard Object &#8211; Companies<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Data Sync Details:<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Data sync frequency: Daily updates<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Historical backfill: One-time at initial set up<\/li>\r\n \t<li>One INTENTIVE Explorer per integration active at a time. Support for multiple Explorers will be added.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nBefore you begin, it\u2019s important to understand that HubSpot accounts allow different numbers of <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/customers\/using-custom-properties-in-hubspot-crm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Custom Properties<\/a> based on your account tier. Please confirm how many Custom Properties you have available before proceeding.\r\n\r\nSince this workflow sends data to HubSpot companies, NetLine recommends only sending account-level fields. Because this data will live at the account level in HubSpot, as new insights are collected, the previously sent records will be overwritten with new data.\r\n<h4>Set Up Instructions<\/h4>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>In HubSpot, create custom properties for the INTENTIVE fields you want to have written to your HubSpot account. See <a href=\"https:\/\/knowledge.hubspot.com\/properties\/create-and-edit-properties\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HubSpot\u2019s documentation<\/a> for more information.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In the NetLine Portal, navigate to the <strong>Manage Integrations<\/strong> page within the Intentive section.\u00a0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14920\" src=\"https:\/\/commandcenter.netline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/manage-integrations-page-docs-2.png\" alt=\"Manage integrations page\" width=\"2562\" height=\"1593\" \/><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Select the <strong>HubSpot<\/strong> logo to begin.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Click <strong>Connect <\/strong>on the pop-up window to authorize the integration.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14912\" src=\"https:\/\/commandcenter.netline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/authorize-hubspot-workflow-docs.png\" alt=\"HubSpot connection\" width=\"966\" height=\"695\" \/><\/li>\r\n \t<li>On the Configuration tab of the pop-up modal, toggle on the <strong>Essential Workflow<\/strong> for use with Free, Starter, and Professional HubSpot accounts.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In the Field Mapping below, select <strong>Companies<\/strong> as the HubSpot object to send data to.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14913\" src=\"https:\/\/commandcenter.netline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/hubspot-intentive-essentials-field-mapping-example-docs.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"958\" height=\"1306\" \/><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Return to the NetLine Portal and proceed with the field mapping for your HubSpot integration.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>On the left-hand side, select the HubSpot Fields (the Custom Properties you created).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>On the right-hand side, you\u2019ll see the NetLine INTENTIVE fields.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>For the full list of NetLine fields, see the list at the end of this document.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Once you\u2019ve mapped all of the fields you want to send, select whether you want NetLine to create New Accounts in your HubSpot instance.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Select <strong>Yes<\/strong> if you want NetLine to create net new accounts in HubSpot.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Select <strong>No<\/strong> if you only want NetLine to update existing accounts in HubSpot.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14914\" src=\"https:\/\/commandcenter.netline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/hubspot-intentive-essentials-create-account-option-docs.png\" alt=\"Create Account option\" width=\"961\" height=\"661\" \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Close the pop-up window (note: your selections are auto-saved), and return to the Authorize the HubSpot Integration page within NetLine. Click <strong>Submit<\/strong> to continue.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14917\" src=\"https:\/\/commandcenter.netline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/hubspot-authorize-submit-docs.png\" alt=\"Submit authorization\" width=\"936\" height=\"266\" \/><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Next, select which <strong>Explorer<\/strong> you want to send data from. At this time, you can send 1 Explorer per INTENTIVE Account to HubSpot.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Apply any <strong>Filters<\/strong> that you want to narrow the data set send to HubSpot. You can adjust these filters at any time.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Note that integration filters are kept separate from standard filters to protect your data sync. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14911\" src=\"https:\/\/commandcenter.netline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/hubspot-intentive-integration-settings-docs-0424.png\" alt=\"Integration filters\" width=\"1479\" height=\"1015\" \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong> when you are ready.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>You will return to the Manage Integrations page and see your newly activated HubSpot connection. Data will be sent during the next sync time.
