Using a System Administrator or similar Profile is recommended.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>Add any <strong>filters <\/strong>to your integration to control what data is sent to your Salesforce account.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Activate Data Sync<\/strong> in the NetLine Portal by clicking <strong>Submit <\/strong>on the Salesforce Integration Settings page.\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Please ensure that Salesforce has sufficient storage (up to 250MB per Explorer).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Getting Started in Salesforce:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Open the <strong>INTENTIVE Insights Lightning App<\/strong> from the Salesforce App Launcher to get started.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/EXpL6r57enwE5Iy0n8TgGYP_dwCTnXBZpPTrcA15QevcyLaSi_JvfHF2CADSwpmCjvkcjkhOwZDv1-VkAaxsFy4q491dgKg-wX3JxJUnTOQ2E1P0W4VRVv-MHG2vm8HHbiebxePfSbjKMb0eWXdgyxg\" alt=\"App Launcher\" width=\"500\" height=\"372\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>The Home tab shows a summary of Intentive Companies with linked Salesforce Accounts, Account Score, Account Owners, Open Pipeline, and other key information.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>The Canvas App view provides a holistic view of the Buyer Journey for a specific Account and can be accessed from an individual Account\u2019s Record Page.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>Optionally, these components can also be deployed into your existing Salesforce Lightning Page Layouts. Please see the Full Installation Guide below for further instructions.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Full Installation Guide<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>1. Depending on your access requirements, this can be for:<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ol type=\"1\">\r\n<li>Admins Only<\/li>\r\n<li>All Users<\/li>\r\n<li>Specific Profiles<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>We highly recommend selecting <strong>All Users<\/strong>, as access to the INTENTIVE Insights component will be further controlled by Salesforce permission sets.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>Agree to the acknowledgement box and click the Install button.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>When prompted, Approve Third-Party Access. This is <strong>required<\/strong> for the INTENTIVE sync with Salesforce. Click on \u201cManage Connected Apps\u201d.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>Click on the name \u201cINTENTIVE Connected App\u201d (do not click the Edit button).<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>To enable access based on Profiles, click on \u201cManage Profiles\u201d in the Profiles section.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>To enable access based on Permission Sets, click on \u201cManage Permission Sets\u201d in the Permission Sets section. Add this to the location on the Account Lightning Record Page where you would like the component to be displayed.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>For example, you could add a tab called \u201cINTENTIVE Insights\u201d and add the component there, as shown in the screenshot below. Save and Activate on specific app(s) as needed.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>Add a Tab by clicking on the component with Tabs.
