Regardless of file format, NetLine\u2019s platform can support a maximum file size of 40MB.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Describing Your Content<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Making sure that your content has a compelling title and abstract gives you the best chance to articulate what your materials discuss and why they\u2019re relevant to your target audience.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Here are some pieces to keep in mind when naming and describing your content.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Titles<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>As a rule of thumb, NetLine recommends titles containing 80 characters or less. Here\u2019s what you\u2019re going to want your titles to contain:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Create an engaging title featuring important keywords speaking to your target audience.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Add a year or month reference within your title to establish timeliness.\u00a0\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Example: \u201c2021 Content Consumption and Demand Report for B2B Marketers\u201d.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Another rule of thumb here; we recommend that your abstract has between 700 to 1,200 characters. Nothing more, nothing less.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Create an easy-to-digest summary of your content citing why the prospect will benefit from reading the content. Include a bulleted list of topics, stats, or other top insights from the content.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>NetLine Cover Images<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>From the time we were children, we were taught never to judge a book by its cover. Well, we all know that, for better or worse, this is something that 100% happens.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When it comes to giving your content a proper \u201cface\u201d, it\u2019s essential to not only have something that\u2019s relevant, it also needs to be compelling. While NetLine doesn\u2019t specialize in creating killer cover designs, we do highly recommend that your awesome content has an equally awesome cover graphic (plus, our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.netline.com\/leadflow\/Data\/2021-NetLine-Campaign-Success-Kit.pdf\">Campaign Success Kit<\/a>\u00a0can help you learn more about how to improve your designs based on all of our best practices).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cover Image Specifications<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Regardless of whether you\u2019re uploading an eBook or a webinar, the specifications for our campaign\u2019s cover images remain the same.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>1200 pixels (width) x 1555 pixels (height)<\/li>\r\n<li>Maximum of 1MB<\/li>\r\n<li>.jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Don\u2019t have a cover image for your PDF? Not an issue. While we do recommend having one, you can skip this step and one will be automatically generated for you.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>You can also use our prebuilt\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/design\/DAEphUp9tD8\/sV9yfdahte0VnB9PIDiJWA\/view?utm_content=DAEphUp9tD8&amp;utm_campaign=designshare&amp;utm_medium=link&amp;utm_source=sharebutton&amp;mode=preview\">Canva template<\/a>\u00a0to easily create a cover for your content.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Using NetLine Custom Questions<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Adding questions to your campaign is not only a great way to enhance your lead gen efforts, it\u2019s a way to learn more about your\u00a0 ideal customer\u2019s pain points, urgency, and\/or intent<br \/><br \/>As you\u2019re thinking of the best ways to leverage your custom questions, here are some tips and examples for getting the most out of this feature.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The 5 Types of Custom Questions<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>There are 5 specific types of custom questions that can be used in a NetLine campaign:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Text Display Statement (Free)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Text Input\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Single Checkbox Answer\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Checkboxes\u2014Select one or more answers\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Dropdown List\u2014Select only one answer\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conditional Questions<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>While it\u2019s not included in the list above, conditional questions are another type of custom question.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A conditional question is a custom question that is tied to a previous question, meaning the rules around custom questions apply to any conditional questions you may opt to use in your campaigns.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Use Conditional Questions<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Primary questions can have conditional questions (secondary questions) to answers selected from the list provided in the dropdown.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Secondary questions must be created first so that you have questions to add to the answers selected in your primary question.<\/li>\r\n<li>To create these conditional questions, select a \u2018Question Type\u2019. Only \u2018Text Input\u2019, \u2018Single Checkbox Answers\u2019, \u2018Checkboxes\u2019, and \u2018Dropdown Lists\u2019 are allowed.<\/li>\r\n<li>After secondary questions have been created, you can create a primary question. Only \u2018Dropdown Lists\u2019 are allowed to have secondary questions.<\/li>\r\n<li>For each of the primary answer choices, you would like to ask a conditional question, select the appropriate secondary question from its column.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Info on Custom Questions<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Beyond knowing how to use custom questions, there are some additional pieces that all users need to be aware of.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Campaign cost-per-lead will increase by $3 per custom question added.<\/li>\r\n<li>Adding custom questions could increase form abandonment rate.<\/li>\r\n<li>Custom questions cannot be used as filters; you will receive all leads despite the custom question answers.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"netline-filters\"><strong>How to Use NetLine\u2019s Filters<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>NetLine\u2019s filtering capacity is unmatched in the B2B industry. This means your campaign will add an additional $0-$6.25 premium for each filter chosen within a given filter category. (We have a great example of this in our Answering the FAQs About the NetLine Auction blog post.)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>As a reminder, NetLine guarantees that you will only receive and pay for leads that request your content and match your selected filter criteria below. The cost-per-lead will update as filter values are selected.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Filter Recommendations and Reminders<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>While choosing filters isn\u2019t a \u201crequirement\u201d within the Portal, we\u00a0<strong>highly<\/strong>\u00a0recommend that you do so. Without choosing filters, your campaign won\u2019t reach your ideal audience and will reach your lead goal in record time\u2014likely without being relevant or interested in your products or services.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Here\u2019s some other information we want to you be aware of before moving on from the Filters tab:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Each additional filter value selected will increase the campaign cost-per-lead by $0.50 \u2013 $14.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Secondary level lead filters can be added by expanding the Job Area and Company Industry filters.<\/li>\r\n<li>NetLine automatically filters out: students, interns, consultants, and contractors as well as professionals working at companies of 1-4 employees at no cost. To receive these leads, select them in the dropdown menu.<\/li>\r\n<li>Country filtering includes individual US states and country selections.<\/li>\r\n<li>Filters can be updated at any time, monitor your campaign reports and submit updates to filters as needed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Use NetLine\u2019s Fulfillment Tools<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Lead Fulfillment allows you to schedule lead files to be automatically emailed to you and up to ten other recipients.
