Which would you rather: thinking that your leads are sourced as advertised or knowing they’re as promised?
This is, of course, a rhetorical question.
Having the knowledge that the data you’re working from is clean, first-party sourced, and voluntarily provided is a great benefit for our customers. Here’s why you can trust your leads.
NetLine’s Processes for Data Validation
NetLine prides itself on delivering the highest-quality leads B2B marketers can find in the industry.
To assure our customers that what they’re receiving is quality data, here’s how we vet each lead.
How do you validate a lead’s credibility?
We’ve deliberately built our reputation on delivering high-quality, actionable leads to our clients. This ensures your marketing messages reach the right audience and your sales teams focus only on legitimate opportunities. Our exceptional service quality is reflected in our 90+ NPS scores recognition as a G2 Leader for 30 consecutive quarters. These achievements stem from consistently delivering what our customers pay for—at scale.
Below is a brief summary of our comprehensive validation process:
- Email: We do a syntax check and live-domain check on the email address as well as validation on entire email address to ensure deliverability. If we receive an undeliverable error the lead is rejected and not counted as good.
- Phone: The phone # is checked for syntax, scrubbed against a “bad-phone-number” database which we maintain and randomly tele-verified to detect bad sources of leads.
- Postal Address: The postal address is verified against known government-provided lookup services.
- IP Address: Verifying the geographic location claimed by the lead matches their actual IP-based location. Simultaneously, we automatically flagging suspicious IP addresses that may indicate bot activity or lead farms and route them dynamically to the NetLine quarantine for daily human review.
- Title/Company: The user’s title and company are randomly verified against LinkedIn.
- Company Info: Address, Industry, Company Size: These fields are verified and corrected by matching against a Company Database which we maintain.
- In addition, we run all leads through predictive fraud detection algorithms, which filter out junk and fraudulent leads.
Additionally, we offer a 5% over-delivery to protect your campaign from any faulty accounts. We can only deliver a lead to our client if ALL fields are complete, the values specifically meet the needs of our customers, and have passed through our own QA/QC processes. We assure you that every lead will have a valid email address and/or phone number. That said, if the email isn’t deliverable then we will not deliver the lead to the client.
What other tools do you provide that add value to lead processing and quality assurance?
- Email Validation: Email addresses are validated via a two-step process of confirming inbox delivery via our own engine and then validating email addresses via Zerobounce for an external point of validation.
- Company Validation: Additionally, we triangulate company level attributes against Clearbit and ZoomInfo APIs to ensure audiences are providing accurate information.
- Social Profiles: Lastly, we verify leads via public LinkedIn profiles as well as outbound call phone validation.
Our continued investment in Programmatic Lead Generation is a key driver of our data quality leadership position.
By removing the inefficiencies of static lead gen models and embracing real-time bidding, intelligent audience segmentation, and performance-driven optimization, we are helping marketers capture the right leads at the right time—at the right cost.
