While NetLine prides itself in delivering the highest-quality, first-party leads, we know we’re not perfect. For this reason, we offer our clients the opportunity to salvage leads that may have slipped through the cracks of a campaign’s filters.
Salvaging a lead means that you would like to purchase the lead. To do this, you will need to extend the end date of your campaign (since it is currently paused) and then follow the directions below.
How to Salvage Leads:
To review and retrieve leads that did not meet your campaign parameters, follow the below steps:
- Click on the campaign you wish to review and retrieve leads from.
- Check off each lead row you wish to retrieve.
- Click Submit.
Note: Salvage leads are added to your lead goal and take about 30 minutes to process. All salvaged leads will be included in your next fulfillment file. To download salvaged leads after the processing is complete, go to the Leads tab and click on the desired campaign.

Reasons for Rejection with Quality Expectations:
- Surplus Leads: considered high quality because they meet your filter criteria.
Once a campaign hits your lead goal, the campaign content remains live for a period of time – users that request your content during this time are considered ‘surplus leads’ and are not included in your fulfillment file but may be salvaged. - Reject Leads: vary in quality based on the firmographics of the specific lead.
Users that requested your content but did not meet the filter requirements of your campaign.
Note: NetLine only delivers good leads; however, we recommend that you review the rejected leads to ensure a new business opportunity is not missed.
